    How to make Any AI Models Using Vertex AI ?

    What is vertex AI ?

    Vertex-AI is Google Cloud’s Machine Learning Platform which is officially launched by google on May 18,2021 . vertex AI work like umbrella is to provide many tools like Auto – ML , ML API ,custom models for train, build & scale ML models and AI applications. if you have website/idea and you need AI models for that and even if you have no knowledge in coding, not know how to do machine learning & how to build ai models for specific work then don’t worry ! Google’s vertex AI is here for you . let me help you how to make and deploy ai models & ai applications for you.

    There are many services provided by google like but in this blog we only discuss about how to make your own Ai Models for work using vertex AI !

    Make Your Own Ai Models for work using vertex AI .

    Now for you let me to make my own AI models using for predicting which animal is shown in picture cat or dog ? keep your chrome browser open let’s start together .

    First Step : Going to google cloud , then now create google cloud account using Gmail and by making billing address , enable your billing by making prepayments of some amount & enable vertex AI API ! as shown in video.

    Second step :

    Go to google cloud storage then enable storage API and upload your data files including .jpg , .jpeg , .png images files but our project is on cat images recognition so we upload 100+ cats images & 100+ images of not cats .

    third step : Go to Storage , create Bucket name it cats-image-ai . upload Folder Structure ( cat/ and not-cat ) after uploading on folder you have two URLs for different folder :

    fourth step labeling on image : Go to vertex AI > Datasets > click option on create dataset !

    then choose image classification after there are many option available like single label & Multi-label but we have to choose single label per images cat or not cat ! then for importing data click GCS bucket to provide the path to your folder which you make on google cloud storage vertex AI will now automatically use folder name ( cat / or not cat ) .

    training of AI Model :

    fifth final step Training : click new model then choose Auto Machine Learning (Auto ML) as option there are two options Auto ML or custom but if you are beginner.

    then choose Auto ML ! in custom you can your code and take full control , set your training budget ( 1 hour ) , then start training it will take some mins depends on data size. after training completed it shows you accuracy, precision or recall ! how you can evacuate your AI Models before and after deploying(🔁 Continuous Evaluation (MLOps) see in our next blog . let’s be continue..

    Deploy your cat prediction Model by clicking deploy to end point , then vertex API which we enabled in first step gives you endpoint. use the api to send images and GET response cat or not cat !
